We explain you how to promote your release directly to our community of DJ's, Labels and Radio Stations. You can also simply send a promotion to your own contact list.

- Choose your budget by select countries and music genres. The quantity of contacts where you send the promotion is calculated from the countries and genres you select. The cost of your promotion depends on how many contacts you choose. You can manually change the amount of contacts depending on your budget.
- Send a newsletter to your personal contact list will cost € 5.00 for each 500 contacts. Make sure your last newsletter sends out is not older than 3 months and there are no bounces. If there is a bounce rate of more than 10% we will charge you € 25.00 for cleaning your list from bounces. Please use our original CSV file which you can download here. The plays and downloads will be recorded in your statistics. The list will be used only one time, only for the selected promotion and it will not be stored to any Music Worx archive. You're the only owner of these contacts and Music Worx is not allowed to use it for their purposes.
- Upload your release if you are not a Label.
- Upload your promotion text, mp3 Audio mixes and cover.
Step 3
- Check your information, newsletter look and banner look.
- Pay your promotion by Credit card, PayPal or use your credits.
- The banner sizes have different prices and a banner is placed for 7 days.
- For sending a newsletter to Label contacts and Radio Stations we charge an extra fee. The newsletter will go out as a AVAILABLE FOR LICENSING or NEW RELEASE as you see in Step3.
- Social Network Promotion can be booked to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Soundcloud.
IMPORTANT for Soundcloud and YouTube
You need to have all rights of the song. We will upload it to Soundcloud and YouTube if you select the promotion. If at the end Soundcloud or YouTube deny or cancel the uploads it will be not in our responsibility. We will not pay back money for that issue to you. It's at your own risk.

Newsletter to Music Worx community
Send your release by e-mail to our members. You're able to send it to labels as a licence request, or to DJ's and radios for play in their shows. Choose your budget by select countries and genres. The quantity of contacts is calculated from the countries and genres. The costs of your promotion depends on how many contacts you choose. You can manually change the amount of contacts depending on your budget. The plays and downloads will be recorded in your statistics.
Newsletter to your personal list

Social Network
We will post your release with a link to Music Worx to our Social Network. On Facebook it will be posted on pages and groups. We will use only groups related to your music genre.
